TRANSITION MENTORING

Are you relocating internationally?

While most companies offer pre-departure trainings to prepare for the new country of residence this program can support leaders through the process of transition over a longer span of time.

Mentoring meetings can be booked in different packages. During a complimentary call we will explore the appropriate length and amount of sessions for your relocation. After that, will meet at least once before your departure. Additional sessions will take place after relocation. Dates can be determined on a flexible schedule, however, it's recommended to meet at least once a month.

Packages start from 4 sessions à 90 minutes at a rate of 550EUR.

Aside from addressing the practicalities of an international move we will discuss any specific issues that arise from your situational setting. These may include questions and concerns around:

• leading a multicultural team: communicating across cultures, evaluating performance, persuasive communication

• being a manager in relocation: building trust, decision-making and scheduling, conflict management
